I would recommend Monthaven Park. I find many of the negative comments to be very untrue. Everyone seems to be very happy with the appearance of Monthaven, It is beautiful and is maintained very well. There are not any other apartments that compare in this area. The mainteance is excellent. I have not had an issues whatsoever, maybe because I paid my rent on time every month. As far as the water bills, they are higher than others but not alot. I believe that the rental prices at Monthaven Park are great for what you get, even if the water is a little high. I looked around and the rent prices at other places are alot higher but cheaper water bills so it just depends on what you want to pay for. I think you are coming out better than what you would pay at other apartments because of their good rental rates. I prefer to live in a place that has excellent standards and I get that here and I don't mind paying for
it. Unlike alot of apartments in this area, at Monthaven I am not ashamed to bring my family or friends, coworkers to my home. I am proud to have lived there.
