Well, I have been here for a couple of years, and in the beginning it was great, but then things changed as soon as the office staff was replaced.

the deal with the water = It's a community meter charge that is subdivided based on the number of bedrooms you rent. So if I have a 2 bedroom apt and live alone, with lots of travel, I still get to pay a share of the family across the halls water bill... and as much as I see thier dryer vent going, they have figured out that they can use as much water as they wish with no impact on their bill alone.

pest control' what a joke, this guy walks in to my apartment, yells pest control, walks into one bathroom, opens a cabniet door and closes it, then walks into the kitchen opens the cabinet door and closes, then walks towards the door and yells "thanks". I mean I have never worked for a pest control company, but aren't you actually supposed to spray somthing when your "spraying for pest"'

Thier policy of the day = Beware, read the lease in it's entirity.. line by line. Thier policy is to change thier policy at the drop of a hat, depending on how they feel about you that day. I was talking to a couple of neighbors, and we were floored by the different lines we have been given from the staff for the same request.

Parking has saved me money = Why, because I won't dare move my car once I am parked in a good parking spot that is at least somewhere close to my building... so there for I never leave my apartment when I come home from work, so I can't spend money.

Noise! = Nothing like sitting on the balcony on a warm summer night listening to the sounds of the jake brake off an 18 wheeler 100 yards away on the by-pass. And man I love those guys with the p@$$off bumble bee sounding exhust bolted on their 4 cyclinder Honda screaming down vietnam veterns. It's ok I have gotten used to sleeping with ear plugs.

So enough is enough... I'm moving ASAP!

I agree with you 100% We're in the process of cutting our lease and trying to catch Tammy in all her lies she told us!
