I have lived in Monthaven Park for over 3 years. I did not have a problem at first thought they were the best apartments ever. It was not until my latest lease renewal where they showed that they will charge you whatever. The first renewal amount was one thing and the second was a hundred dollars more. I don't even live in the newly renovated apartments. That is where they went wrong with me. It showed me that the prices are not consistant. At least not for me. I will be moving. Been a loyal tenant to long to be screwed!!!
