Here it is the middle of August, I am seven months pregnant and the air conditioner freezes. I call management early in the day and they assure me it will be fixed right away. About an hour later a maintenance person arrives to tell me they had not put Freon in the unit and so it had frozen. He leaves and tells me he will be back later in the evening. At no surprise to me, he does not return. When management is notified, they let us know that they do not have to fix it. They can take as much time at they like. Management here is useless. Probably the worst complex I have ever stayed in. Definitely not worth the money!!!

We've had similar issues with maintenance. Our dishwasher is totally on it's last legs and makes a grinding sound when we run it that actually disturbs our neighbors. But, I gave up calling maint. b/c they have no idea how to fix it. Needless to say, we're moving...and I would recommend anyone else looking, to maybe look into renting a house or something and get you money's worth.
