I have lived here for a year and I've found it to be quiet and very safe. The management is really professional and sweet. I've only had one maintenance issue ever and it was fixed within 3 hrs of my reporting it. The grounds are kept up well. Everyone in my building is friendly, but not overly friendly. I'm moving out in the next few months, but just because I'm having a baby and I HAVE to have washer and drier connections. I'm spoiled! I also really like the floorplan of my apartment. The only thing I could ask for is updated countertops.
