We lived here for a year and that was way too long. We did like the space and layout of our apartment and the rent wasn't bad even though they are old. Some of the staff was ok, it was actually the manager we had a problem with. When she wasn't on a break and chose to talk to people she was not very helpful at all.

We had horrible neighbors who had to have the police called on them many occasions and not just by us. One set of neighbors blasted their tv all night and we asked them nicely to keep it down several times and constantly asked the staff to talk to them. They also let their mentally challenged daughter pee outside in front of our building and the staff did not care! Another neighbor left her 3 young children alone all the time and they created many problems, but of course the staff did nothing. Several tenants did finally call childrens services. Parking was a problem too, people parked crooked and slammed doors into our cars, and kids put gum and soda on cars. We usually had to park at the end of our building away from everyone.

There was always lots of trash laying around. Maintenance would come and fix things within a day or so, but always left a horrible mess and some were very rude. There was a huge bug problem, not normal, and we cleaned and sprayed ourselves because they would not send anyone to spray the apartments. It seemed to us and others in the building one particular apartment was causing some of the problem by the look and smell of the apartment, and once again the staff wouldn't even do a routine inspection.

The laundry room was always unlocked and trashed and most of the time half the washer and dryers did not work. One time they just closed down the laundry room without any notice and would not even give us an estimate on when it would be open just so they could replace a wall, but not fix anything that needed to be. Dont leave anything unattended in the laundry room it will get stolen. That happened to us and well a lot of people. The fitness room was a joke; usually all but one piece of equipment was broken. When the pool was open it was overrun with unsupervised children.

Even though 3 police officers lived in the community there were still plenty of things going on that shouldnt have been, and everyone was very aware of them. I felt very unsafe and hated being there alone at night. I regret ever moving in here and wished we had found a way to move in somewhere nicer even though we couldnt afford it at the time. I was embarrassed to have friends and family over or even to tell people where I lived. When we drive by now it looks the same and I still hear the same complaints about this place. I warn everyone about this place and if you still consider it, do some research on this place before moving in. I just dont think anyone should have to go through what we did.
