Do not move here

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
I lived at Pheasant Run for three years. When I moved in, the condition of the apartments was pretty good, and I lived in a nice one bedroom spacious apartment. I went through several management changes at the property, and things continued to get worse and worse.
The last apartment I lived in had animals living in the ceiling, which obviously came from a huge hole in the building near the roof. This was never repaired. The ceiling and the walls had huge cracks where they were separating. This was never fixed and as you can imagine led to hefty electric bills. And did I mention the neighbors''' Try a unit downstairs, one bedroom, that had about five teenagers living in it, who would party all night and through beer cans all over the parking lot. But they were not there long, evicted. I saw tons of evictions the last year I was there.
The shutters on the building were not replaced when they fell off. The shutters that were on the buildings did not match. Huge potholes in the driveways.
Its worth a little more money to not worry about the animals crawling above your head at night chewing electrical wires that will cause you to burn to death in your sleep.
