This property is under new management as of March of 2006. This property might have been having problem in the past before the new team took over, but rest assure it does take time to get rid of the rift raft! It has become a nice community since they are working so hard. They do run criminal background checks and they do not take section 8, as I think they wr before they took over. "Not that people who have vouchers are bad people". I think anyone who would move here would enjoy it!
