I lived there for about 8 months. I loved the appt, but didnt like the area. Also my appt was infested with BROWN RECLUSE(SP') SPIDERS! I would be sitting on the couch and see them walking across the carpet. I got bit 2x and my boyfriend got bit once with-in two weeks. They took forever to send an exterminator, and then they tried to tell me I couldnt break my lease because of it. I threatened to sue them and I got out of there. I DO NOT recomend moving into this complex. Also my toilet was broken for about a month. (mind you I only had one bathroom) They kept saying the maintenence man was out of town. I had to end up plunging the toilet every day. and yet it still wasnt working. And when they finally called the plummer, he pulled up the toilet and flooded the bathroom and water started going into my downstairs neighbors appt. Horrible office personel. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Note she lived there in 2006-2007, yet she waited until Feb.2008 to post this??? I happen to know that there is a brand new management company and a new staff with years of experience now there. They are awesome! Tides are turning at Pheasant Run.

I have friends that live there now and are tryin to get out! The place has really gone to the DOGS!

I lived there from 10/05 thru 06/06 and I had a ton of brown recluses. They infested my apt. It was awful also there was a gang fight right in front of my apt. GHETTO

The few times I visited relatives over there- I felt like I was in another country. The smell of beans and taco meat was OVERWHELMING. Tango buen dia.
