We lived there for less than a year. It was awful. We had a HUGE brown recluse infestation. The pest control person said that. It took 3 or 4 times before the office staff even sent pest control out. We never had parking anywhere close to our apt. There so called security guy was never there. Our neighbors were crazy. We had tocall the police on them 2 or 3 times a week. The office staff never did anything. I have lived in other apartments in Hendersonville and I have never had these problems. It was awful!

Hi, I am Catherine Britt the new Property Manager of this property and I do not appreciate the bashing that you are doing to this property.My wonderful staff works their tails off for this property day in and day out to see that our residents are happy and well taken care of. We are here to make this property a loving happy inviroment. And about the spider issue I was born in Tennessee and if you would look it up Tennessee is full of all sorts of critters including spiders. Ask any professional pest control that all spiders and critters love being close to any body of water hince the Old Hickory Lake. You really need to get your facts straight before you start bashing my property and the fact that you lived here over the spand of 2005-to 2006 well why are you just posting your thoughts? I have been here since December and I happen to know that myself and my team strive everyday to see that all of our residents needs are met. I am sorry that you had a very bad experience here back in 2005 but you do need to know that We bought this property back in May and we are a Brand New Management Company and not responsible for any of your misfortunes. I am going to take up for what I belive in and that is our Team here at Pheasant Run Apartment Homes.

What is the name of this Brand New Management Company? Just curious as to the validity of your excuse for not having the apartments sprayed every six months as needed to get rid of Spiders and other pest.

In response to the "Property Manager" Catherine Britt's post: I have lived here for almost a year, but we will be moving in the next few months... and counting the days. The management of this apartment are extremely rude, unthoughtful and incredibly unkempt. I do not think that smoking every five minutes outside the leasing office is professional, nor sanitary. They are procrastinators when it comes to resolving issues involving their property and especially the "residents". The fitness center equipment is constantly broken. Don't attempt to wash AND dry your clothes... because one of the two will not be working - and they will not initiate a productive solution of helping you get your money back. The kids in the neighborhood {ages 5-16] roam around the area without any advisory at ANY hour of the night - causing it to be difficult to even pull out of a parking space because they are extremely inconsiderate !!! All in all - after reading this post from a "respectable property manager" of an apartment complex, I am more than disgusted that I live here more than ever - simply for the fact that she "bashed" a former resident. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and just because someone voiced a negative opinion on your property (whether you managed it at that time or not) does not mean that you have a right to be rude to a former resident [i.e. "you really need to get your facts straight...] No professional speaks in such a manner or in such an UN-ARTICULATE manner... especially with all your misspelled words and bad grammer. :) Please consider somewhere else to live if you are choosing this area... Until the local management can become compassionate and weary there is not positive about this apartment.

I lived there for too long. I don't appreciate your bashing my comment. Do you live on the property? Probably not. I was pregnant and I was constantly having to spray spider pesticide. Its was an awful experience. I would never evver recommend this property no matter how many times there is NEW MANAGEMENT.
