Hello, I first want to say, "I do not usually write a review."
I feel that I must, in an attempt to help those that are seeking a nice apartment.
Please do not be fooled, by all the promises of your new apartment at Pheasant Run.

When we moved here,at first glance, all looked well, but after moving here, our dreams of a nice apartment, have been at best a sad experience.

I do not even know where to start, but here goes.

Pheasant Runs maintenance:

Well, there is a huge lack of that, and when you do have a maintenance issue, which is basically weekly, you may have to call up to 3 times, before you get a response that they will be here at there soonest convince, which is about another 3 days, than the maintenance never gets fully fixed, just a temporary fix.

There is constant problems with there central air units, and this is not just us, but many.

The property security:


Now that is a joke!!!! This property manager is as bad as the alcoholic's and drug user's in this complex, as he well.."turns the other cheek." allowing the behavior to continue.

Go greet him on most nights, I am sure that alcohol from his breath will knock you over.

Property manager:


All I can say on them, is just RUN, and if you can't find her outside, look beside the building, where she is enjoying her every 5 minute cigarette.

I have to agree, that I see the police here DAILY, I can not wait to get out of this apartment, this has just been a nightmare!!!!!

Spiders:


This is not just a little spider issue, these are black widow's and brown recluses, which can kill a child under 7, please look that up if you don't want to take my word for it. This is a danger!

It sickens me that a place can charge up and over 800 a month, for this mess.
Please do not be fooled.
