I have lived at Quail Hollow for 7 years and loved it.The Manager always took good care of the residents and the complex.There has been a turn over since 2006.First the manager's daughter, then a Management Co.took over and fired the entire staff.Since this took place the complex is always trashed,lot of loud noise from vehicles.New manager is very unpleasent and seems to never be available. Has a no care attitude.There is only one Maintenance person who can't keep up with the work.I personally have called 3 times for service to my apartment on the same problem and did not get results.This use to be a really nice place to live but not anymore.

Just for the record, i was that Maintenance guy, and u are correct, i couldn't keep up. She ran me into the ground, refused to hire more help, and then when i missed one call from being exhausted, not only did she not hire me more help,... she fired me. please feel free to voice your opinions about her to the owner. he will fix it.
