talking about the drugs in the apts the maintence people use them all the time from what i heard the new maintence guy "steve k" is heavy into drugs i will be contacting the home office and the cops run through their all the time and dont do a damn thing about it i know i used to live there and the noise it stays so loud around there you cant sleep at night thank god i moved away and thank god i got the ---- out while i did

This is a very serious accusation,all employees are drug screen. Hendersonville police department drives the property at all times day and night.

I personally know Steve and I know that he does not do such a thing. He is a good and hard working person always there to help people out when they need it and working really hard. He is always working hard to make our apartments a better place to live in. I would greatly appreciate it if you would quit putting this person down because they have not done anything wrong, but done good for our apartments. What more can you ask from him? He does a great job in everything he does around here for our apartments and everything that has to be done. Great job Steve keep up the hard work!!!!!

Regardless of whether or not Steve does drugs, there is a serious issue in this complex. The majority of the section 8 side are breaking federal laws, having unauthorized tenants or drugs. There are many people that talk about the drug activity in Wessington. Children are unsupervised, maintenance rarely fixes anything, and the office staff can't even use spell check on their notices. My 7 year old can do that! The problem is this: THEY JUST DONT CARE.
