When I was a teenager, everyone used to call tehm the "ghetto of Hendersonville". Now I see why. My air conditioner has been broken for 3 summers now, and every time I call they "rig" it up temporarily. Then, one apt in my building was vacant, and they put in a new AC!!!!! What the heck'' They had to fire the security guard because he was stealing from them! Boy do I feel safe! Yes, the outside lights never worked since I moved in here, and they won't fix ANYthing! They are all inexperienced in the office, and I am starting to think the new manager (who lives on the complex) is a Communist with her power trip! She has obviously never had a job with authority before...unless she was a prison guard or something. The kids out here always run around unsupervised, and I personally don't let mine play on the playgrounds here. We go to the park by the lake, because the one here is so nasty. The parking lot needs to be paved so badly...you have to go into empty parking spaces to avoid the EXTRA LARGE pot holes or it will damage your car. One girl had her guest threaten other residents with a gun about a week or 2 ago. The people there are thugs and very poor quality. I understand if you can't afford to live anywhere else in Hendersonville, but this place is the same quality as a project housing in an inner city. Seriously.

The manager has been in management fo 29 years, howevere she does follow the guide lines that are set forth for the residents. Play grounds and grounds a cleaned dailey. Yes there has been a pot hole issue howere, the issue has been resolved.

ONE pothole was filled. The rest of the parking area is terrible. The manager may have been in management for 29 years, but it is obvious that she does a POOR job at it. Very few of the residents are happy. Maintenance does not fix things, and the grounds are NOT cleaned daily - that is simply a LIE. By the way, you can't spell. Get over yourself, Carol.
