I'm not going to go into detail, but this is what our bathtub looked like for a week before we moved. We had to shower at friends houses, the toilet didn't work, the water is brown.....we were basically living in a homeless shelter!

We have residents complaine in regards to the color of the water each time the water company is out flusing the lines. Toliets are an emergency repair. If a resident calls in a toliet not working it is repaired before the end of the day.

HA!!!! Dirty water comes back up into the bathtub and bathroom sink! ALWAYS HAS!!!!! They "attempt" to fix it, but you just have to plunge your bathtub and PRAY that it drains. EXCUSES, EXCUSES, EXCUSES!!! This place is disgusting, no matter what building you are in. Granted, the section 8 side gets more attention, because they sure don't want to lose THAT. If you think about it, maybe there would be better TENANTS if they got rid of the trashy people around there. But, the staff seems to like these people the best.
