Not that great.

When I moved in there were stains on the carpet that they would not take care of.
There is also some mold growth within the paint in one of the bathrooms and in the laundry room.
There was a huge issue with the water due to the installation of a back-flow valve required by the city. The residents were given notice and told the work would take from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. It ended up taking over 2 days. We did not have out water back on until the 3rd day following the beginning of the work.
Parking is a problem with many people using 2 spaces. However, the leasing staff tried very hard to resolve the problem and eventually did resolve it.
Neighbor noise has not been a problem.
Response to maintenance requests have been handled expeditiously.
Their new bookkeeping in handling their own collections for water services is poor. They have repeatedly tried to assess late fees on me only for me to have to explain and show proof of timely payment.
I am getting married and will not bring my new bride into this place.
We are moving to another location in Hendersonville.
