Waste of money

Rent is too high! When it is time for your renewal, just plan to move, because they will increase your rent by a huge amount. Here you have to pay your own water bill, and trash and you have to pay a "service fee"...which all three together comes out to around $40.00 a month, and I never paid that much when I lived in a house. The water portion and sewer portion is not based on how much you actually use...it is based on how many people live in your apartment, regardless of age. I personally think it is antoher way for them to cash in on their tenants, considering that most other apartments have water included in their rent price, or give you a set amount that you will have to pay every month, not here. One month it might be 40 dollars, and then the next month it jumps up to 49.00. Walls are very thin, and there are many noisy neighbors. Parking is a joke, good luck. Parking lot needs to be re-paved, it is a rocky ride....grounds need better landscaping, breezeways could use a good cleaning. They are always messing with the water lines, as Hendersonville utiltiy has nothing to do with Williamsburgs water. They will shut off your water at any given time, and it might come back on in 24 hours, maybe not....and that happens more than you would think. The apartments need to be renovated, which some are being renovated, but those cost well over 100.00 more to live in, and personally I don't think it is worth it. You must call and beg and bother to get your apartment sprayed for bugs...and spiders (brown recluse to be exact)...and finally they will send this joke out to spray. (You would be better off going to walmart and spending 50 bucks and spraying and bombing your apartment yourself, as we did). If you have any concerns that you try to voice to the office they always turn it around on you...almost like they believe we have no brains....good luck getting them to listen to anything you might have to say. Overall I would rate these a 3 out of 10. And the only reason for the 3 is because they are cute on the inside.....but very cheaply maintained. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
