The grounds are not well kept with candy wrappers and soda cans. It only took them 10 months for fix my garbage disposal. When you approach management they are rude and unprofessional. I am moved here for because of more room and I'm moving back to a smaller place. You can hear neighbors walking across floor. Kids are not quite you can hear them day and night. Not all people keep their dogs on leashes. I had stuff stolen from my truck and my truck scratched from kids playing in the parking lot. I think the only good reviews they had on the site they posted them self's. I have heard from one of the neighbors who hates the place and who has been here 3 years the rent goes up every year. If you decide to rent here Good luck I am one of these people who usually gives great reviews this place makes Inglewood look like a palace.

Think about this you are in an apartment. 1.NO matter where you go there will be kids 2.Your downstairs you will hear people walk across the floor. 3. People walk pets without leashes EVERYWHERE. SOunds like you should buy a house or quiet complaining about things that are daily events everywhere! *Happy Williamsburg Renter
