I have only lived here for a month and a half and I have had to call maintenance 4 times. They have come out everytime in a timely manner but didn't fix what needed to be fixed. I have said something about my waterheater everytime I have called and I still can't get it fixed. They said that it's because of the cold weather that I can't take a shower longer than 10 minutes. I am a woman so we all know that it takes me longer than 10 mins to shower. I'm also not the only woman in the house. When they came out to fix a leak from upstairs they tore my kitchen floor up and said they didn't do it that it was already there. The parking is crazy. The spots are so tiny and when you drive a Tahoe it's really hard to get in and out of your truck. That's if you can find a spot close to the building. You are allowed 2 spots per apartment but I know for a fact there are 2 apartments that are taking up 3 maybe 4 spots each. Other than that I haven't had many problems, but I have only lived there for a month and a half like I said. We will just have to wait and see. Oh and you can't walk around on the grass there is a lot of dog poo everywhere. When I say dog poo I mean MASSIVE MOUNDS all over the grass.
