Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I have lived in Williamsburg for two years. There have been the problems mentioned by some of the other authors, but it IS an apartment.
I have shopped around and you will NOT find another apartment with 13x11 bedrooms for this price.
The spiders- well- you have that anywhere. Set out some sticky traps.
Parking- again- it IS an apartment. I rented a carport to make sure I always have a spot.
Management and Maintenance staff have ALWAYS been professional and helpful to me. Perhaps some of the other posters are late with their rents'
Shop around for another 1000 square foot apartment with a covered, screen patio. You won't find it for under 900.00 a month.
Would RENT again.
