We have lived here for a little over 3 years now, and we just moved into a renovated apartment and we LOVE our new apartment. We cannot stand our upstairs neighbors, and that is our 1 and only complaint, and that isn't the apartments fault. (We had to call the police on them one night because of loud music and ever since they are making us pay for it) I love Lisa and Hillary, they work in the office, and probably bug them to death, lol. They have been very helpful to me. My son loves Rodger, the maintenance manager. Every time we need something fixed he is very polite and helpful, and always gives my 5 year old son attention. We have all new appliances, and we love them, I also love having a built in microwave for space reasons. We have two children, and we feel that we have enough space here. Our apartment faces the grounds, and there is plenty of space for my kids to run and play outside. I am not sure about all of the complainers here, cause we enjoy our apartment home, and again, everyone is really nice here, since Hillary took over as apartment manager. Parking isn't an issue in our new building, but used to be at our old building, but I think that was due to residents having company over and not telling their company of the correct place to park. We will probably stay here til our youngest starts school.

OMG! Amy is the new manager? Yea you're right, she is snooty. She stuck her nose up at me as well when I met with her. Kelley was a good manager, but Hilliary sucked! I am glad she is gone. Lisa is ok but now agrees with everything her new manager Amy says. Maybe its due to being job scared! Yep maintaniece is very UNPROFESSIONAL HERE! No class! Hope we move soon. 5 year resident and counting but not for long. Yea Amy Vomit! Fake as it gets!

If Amy is the new manager we are MOVING OUT when our lease is up. I just met her, and she starred at me like she wasn't listening to a word I said, and then fed me some bullsh*t that she must have learned at "manager training" meeting. IT was BULL. I can tell you now that my first meeting with her made me want to scream, and that is not a good first impression. I can't believe that she is the new manager!!! I thought she was just someone that was "helping" out until they could find a replacement for Hillary. Does anyone know what happened to Hillary? Did she quit? I can't believe they will not fix something that is broke, due to it NOT BEING IN THE BUDGET? What about all this money I pay every month?! That I have been paying. What about the seventy dollar water bill last month? I am assuming everyone elses was that high as well, so they should have some money in their budget now. I liked Hillary, and Kelley..... you could catch Kelley on a bad day or good day, there was no in between. I was thrilled when Kelley left. I like Lisa, so if she leaves I will be totally pissed. Oh, now that you have told me that Amy is the new manager I feel like we are going to be living in HELL until our lease is up!!!! As far as Roger goes, yes, he can be a smart butt at times, but he is really a nice person. We can all be smart butts. I don't like Barbara, she comes into my home, and doesn't respect it. She cusses up a storm, smelling heavily of cigarette smoke, and doesn't care who is around. Pisses me off. I am just bummed that Amy is the new manager. Vomit.

Well I have been living there for a few years and I have had okay service from the staff until Amy started working there. I have to disagree with the comments about her because I have found her to be very professional and more helpful than anyone that has worked there, plus she is always smiling and in a good mood if you have to go to the office for anything. I am actually appalled that people would make judgements and attack a person's character on the internet! Anyway, the apartments are great to live in and Roger is great as well. Any issue I have ever had has been immediately resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend because I am a very happy resident!
