This place is awful! The maintenance women is a nightmare and she is always rude. We had to pay a pet deposit and an extra $15 a month, just to have a pet. My vehicle along with a several others was broken into last summer. Instead of setting up some security, the installed a frisby golf course! We had spiders everywhere and nothing ever seemed to work in the apartment. In the spring we decided to go to a newly renovated apartment! This is the biggest joke of them all. All they did, was change the carpet color, paint the counter tops and lay down some cheap vinyl hardwood floor. The look ok, but defenitely not what you pay for! We choose to terminate our lease early, due to these issues and poor management. Once you move in, they are not helpful at all anymore. If you are looking for a good place to live, this is not it!

Come on author. It IS AN APARTMENT! They are supposed to let you have a pet for free? What if it tears up the carpet or worse? The THREE years I have been here I have NEVER had an issue with the Maintenance Staff. They have always been prompt, courteous and personable. If they can't repair the problem, they just replace it with a new one. Spiders?- its TENNESSEE! Spiders are EVERYWHERE! My solution was to set of three foggers in different areas of my apartment. It helped with the spiders tremendously. I'm sorry that you hate it here so bad, and that you are leaving, but happy trails.
