Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
 
I have lived in Windsor Park since 1998 (minus a year to live with an ill parent). The maintenance is poor. My last straw was finding black mold growing in my closet because maintenance can't fix my leaking pipes in the bath. The office personnel need to take notes on good customer service techniques.
