I relocated to the area recently from out of state. I found this hellhole on the internet and it looked decent and the person I dealt with was very nice. Well that was a facade. I went to view the apartment and it smelled like straight up cat piss, the walls were dirty and the building seemed to have termite damage on the outside. There were cars up on blocks and the place was just a complete mess. I was told that they only have 3 or 4 Section 8 apartments. WRONG -- more like 70 or 80.
I emailed to let them know I would NOT be living there and they went psycho telling me that I looked at the wrong apartment and I was crazy to live anywhere else and all this and that and I was like WHOA.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE.
