Some of the good points are:
* Complex near shopping areas.
* Grounds are kept mowed.
* Last management before the current management kept the grounds up, was very helpful, enforced the complex rules and the rules of the city, were very particular about the type of people that they would rent to, and overall did their job very well unlike current management.
Some of the bad points are:
* The staff is not kind and helpful and the rent is continuely raised.
* The place is noisy: shouting and loud music -- Hendersonville has an ordanance regarding noise levels and management does nothing about it.
* There is noticable termite damage throughout.
* Kitchen applicances do not match.
* Doors do not fit properly
* Managers renting to just about anyone.
* Maintenance must make repeated trips back to the apartment due to shoddy work and often leave messes for the tenant to clean up.
* Apartment maintenance upkeep is not performed (furnance filter changes, fire alarm checks, HVAC upkeep, hot water heater upkeep). An apartment nearly burnt due to neglect.
* Pet excretment left on the grounds along with trash.
Bottom line: If you happen to make it without the building burning to the ground because of neglect then you have to put up with brown recluse spiders and cockroaches. And if you survive that and like the idea of your apartment being mowed down by the local termites, then this complex would be right up your alley.

Apartments have been renovated and are continually kept up with grounds, maintenance and great staff members hired.
