I am very unhappy with my living arrangements at Windsor Park. My neighbors upstairs walk around like they are elephants and I have complained because they were vacumning at like 11:30pm every night. I think the inside needs to be upgraded to look like their model at least. There is nothing but noisey people outside all night long. I just think if they paid more attention to what the inside of the apartments looked like instead of what the outside looked like it might be better.
Also the parking sucks!! If you don't get home on time you will have to park far away and I hate walking outside by myself at night. They need to clean the breeze ways more. In general they did to upgrade especially for what you have to pay each month. Also I didn't know this was a section 8 living until I read this. Now alot of things make sense.
The ladies in the office are great, but they did have this young girl for a while and she had no clue what she was doing and she worked the weekends.
I am going to try to get out of my lease somehow.
