Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
We didn't get a peaceful night's sleep the entire time we lived there. Our neighbors kept vampire hours....asleep by day, loud and rude by night...slamming doors, running the shower all night long, fighting, throwing things, trashing the grounds, having loud gatherings outdoors, to name just a few of the annoyances. It was a new torture every day.
