I lived in these apartments for 9 months and during that time it was a mess. I had two leaks in my apartment that causes MOLD. Once was due to the Upstairs Air Conditioner and the 2nd was due to the apartments roof not being repaired correctly (this came from one of the maintenance guys who lived next to me). The Bad part about the mold is that the blower that the guy used to dry up all of the water was left sitting in my apartment for 2 weeks, I called several times and finally was able to get the guy to come finish. However, he did not fix everything. (apparently Management forget to tell him that there was mold in front of the sliding glass door as well. If you re looking for peace I wouldn t want these. My top neighbor had a dog that stayed outside most of the time and it took two months of complaints before they made her get rid of it. Not to mention her weekly WW3 going on upstairs. I literally called the cops one time thinking that someone was seriously injured. Eventually you get used to it though (after the complaints never get taken care of). I would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone I don t care how much I may not like you.

I am the Community Director at Windsor Park and am a little confused. I am not sure who you are or what apartment you live in but I would love the opportunity to resolve your issues. I have been completely unaware of your disatisfaction. We try to take care of all service requests and noisey neighbor complaints in a timely manner and generally send a follow up letter to make sure that you were satisfied with the resolution to your problem. Please come talk to me so that we can get your issues resolved I would hate for your opinion to remain like this about a lovely community and I would like the opportunity to change your mind.

Ha Ha Yeah Right that I know for a fact Stephanie won't take care of anything!!!!! I lived in a bottom unit that was just like that (probably the same one!) I had to put up with leaks everyother month. Her and Mandy just add to problems and would never take care of any of my issues! Not to mention the old crappy water heater busted the month before my lease was up and they made me pay for it out of my deposit! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Not to mention the worst experience of my life...they wanted me to stay by dropping my rent to $400 thats was i should've been paying all along! I absolutely would love to talk someone out of moving here I even have tons of pictures to show all the damanage that was in my apartment! They need to be closed down!!
