NEVER EVER EVER rent from these apartments! They offer little to nothing, except many headaches. The management is poorly experienced, and takes matters into their own hands, disregarding any laws applicable. They are terrible management, as well as terrible people in general.

not that great I went to Lakeshore today to look around and the apartment was quite small for 750plus sq feet. It was dark, musty and smelled like cigarettes. I knew the property was aged before I arrived, but expected better living conditions in the apartment. NOT worth the $500.00 plus

$93 WATER BILL!!! Monthaven Park switched from individual meter to community billing. Our water bill this month was $93 (we have three occupants, one of which is 14 months, and didn't have a washer and dryer until this week).
