Gate never works, pool is DIRTY, poor construction and cheap materials used, people and kids allowed to hang out all over the place with NO noise control, dumpster is always overflowing (very tacky), people leave trash outside their doors for days with nothing done about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very overpriced for what you are getting. It feels like I live in low income housing - DO NOT BELIEVE THE "LUXARY APARTMENTS" STATEMENT.

Well! Anonymous- I live at this community and I must say it is the best place I have ever lived! I enjoy the nice built apartments and have never had any noise problems! The maintanence team are very prof and on time with all the calls i have ever made to the office. The people there are really nice and treat you like family here. As far as the trash compactor goes there is a problem with the pic up service; it is not b/c they are not doing the job- I know b/c I asked. And if you remember correctly there was a letter about private property 9:00pm curfew to children, the kids on this property are very well behaved and Hello!!! they are kids!!! didn't you once play outdoors when you wr a kid. Maybe you are just an unhappy person who likes to complain. Thank you,

I think its really lame when the office staff comes on here and tries to slap someone on the hand for giving their opinion. This is an apartment rating site for cripe's sake! Let the residents have their say obviously something went very wrong or the resident wouldn't be on here taking the time to write about it to begin with.

Lovely, I saw where the office staff came in and posted a total 5 of 5 rating boasting how much they love it....take away the office staff and what rating you think they'll get...considering they're already below 30% LOL

It's as bad as everyone says. The staff even look like a bunch of scumbags now. The maintenance guys are ok. They seem decent enough. But, they have lost total control. They have no standards. My lease is up in 4 months. I am so gone...

BEWARE....It is all true. The maintenence guys do a sufficient job. The office staff is trashy and they will try to screw you on your move out date. GET A COPY OF WHAT YOU SUBMIT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE OFFICE!!!!!!! Standards? What standards? They let the trashiest most ghetto people move in.
