I've lived at Avalon of Hermitage since November 2005 and I've had no problems. It's a nice new community tucked away on a hill, convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, medical care and the interstate. My neighbors are really nice and my balcony has a view of mature trees. Yes, there are a few kids that run around, but no more than what you would see in a single-family homes subdivision. I think some people set their expectations a little too high when it comes to new apartment communities. After all... it IS an apartment. Only temporary. I choose to make the best of it. :)
