Moving out in 3 months and it can't come soon enough. There are plenty of other places to look at in Hermitage. Spend the extra money. Your peace of mind is worth it. Try the Cove or Cherry Creek. They actually have standards. Avalon has none. Gate is CONSTANTLY broken. Maintenance is adequate. The apartments are subpar to begin with. Cheap carpet and paint. And the staff cannot handle anything, hear them tell it. They have no control. But, they let plenty of trash move in easily enough. Like I said, no standards. Happy Hunting!
