I lived in a two bedroom apartment. Of the half dozen or so places I have lived, this place was the loudest. The breezeways and stairs are made of wood, instead of concrete, which carries allot of sound. In my building (and several other around us), kids would run up and down the stairs, bounce basketballs, horseplay, and congregate in the breezeways. This rarely went past 9:30 at night, but is extremely annoying when you have to have your TV turned almost all the way up to hear it. They also frequently left toys, garbage, and food everywhere. There was also no public area in front of the buildings for the kids to play, so they often played in the parking lot, denting people's cars when they threw balls around. All of this is especially bad in the summer when school is out.

The apartment itself was the best I have ever had. The layout was very spacious for the money and everything was brand new. I think everything was renovated a few years ago.

One other thing. We were given 100 dollars a month off for signing a 1 year lease. When it came time to renew, we were told that the $100 discount disappears and we would have to pay and additional $30 a month flat rate for water, IF we signed a 1 year lease. If we signed less than a year, the rent went up on top of that. My impression at the time is that they were willing to be flexible on the water charge, but it was still too much for us. Just be prepared to give up any discount after that first year; it isn't something I thought all the way through when I moved in.

They try to convince you that its very quiet when you move in..that there is 3 solid inches of concrete,etc, but its a total joke. And we got that same deal, 100 off /month...but the first 6 months they kept telling us we "owed" thousands" because they're system was jerkin the special around. This place isn't worth 900 muchless the 1000 they want to jack it up to, on top of the water charges now. I'm about to move out. When we moved in the paint was smeared and spray painted all over door facings, etc...horrible cheap paint...I"m waiting to hear they want to charge us to "fix" what they screwed up.

I wrote this review. I should also add that after moving out, they returned my full deposit. I had broken one of the blinds covering the glass sliding door and patched a pretty big hole I put in the wall. I was worried they would not give much back since the place was new. They were VERY legit.
