I am just moving into the Avalon and can not believe the other postings about the property. Ashleigh was outstanding she went out of her way to help me with every aspect of my move in. Compared to the competition Avalon is above average. If you do price and size comparison you will find the Avalon is your best choice for an apartment home in Hermitage. The staff makes them number 1!!! Don t believe what you read go out to the property and meet Ashleigh and let her show you what they have to offer, you wont be sorry.

Above average? I think not. Ashleigh does seem sweet compared to the rest that's been there before. The property itself is pathetic. And Ashleigh can't do much about that. Call a spade a spade.
