Moved in apartment was dirty. Gates didnt work for months and the management didnt seem to care. Finally got them fixed this year. Maintenance was good at first but then one guy was left and was bad from then on. I cant even understand what one of the guys even says. Not even your mother in law deserves this place.

i second that i lived here for about almost a year and i hear that someone that always helped me has moved on over to Cherry Creek apartments and when my lease is up in feb thats where i will go cause even though the apartments were nice here the staff is terrible now! So any other unhappy people who loved the experiance that Ashley gave you upon you move here she is now at cherry creek! So go to somewhere where the gates work and you will get the best care, i did! NOTE TO SELF AVALON....People will follow good customer service! -T.L.C.
