Burning Tree has gone through alot of changes and has probably put alot of stress on their staff. It looks as though it is going to be a beautiful place to live. It is not Section 8 - but is income restricted - which is a great program for those that don't have high dollar jobs. They are offering a wonderful place to live for those that are working at low paying jobs. Let's see what it looks like when the construction is done.
