I've lived in BT for almost 5 years now. I have been through the rough times but am glad that I stayed because of the renovations. I recently moved from a 3 bedroom flat to a 3 bedroom townhome. Staff is great to work with but at times may seem like they aren't interested in your concerns due to how busy they are. I think there is a lot of pressure from the Corporate Office to get the empties filled. Parking is much better, the grounds are sooo much better, there is a new playground, don't see much of metro anymore since we have 2 security officers that live on the grounds!! The renovations are fabulous and am excited to see what the summer will bring. The income restricted living has brough some undesireables into the complex but I feel with time, that the management will learn who to let in and who not to let in. This is an all new Burning Tree for all of us including management. Great place for kids!!
