RUN AWAY - TYPICAL EQUITY ---- AT THIER FLAGSHIP OPERATION

This is equity apartments' flagship property and corporate office, so you would think it would be their best run property. Don't believe it! On-site management it very very rude, non-responsive to customers, and just generally useless. Noise is a very serious problem, maintenance doesn't exist, crime is rapant, security is a joke, the automatic gate out front only works half the time - and stands open the other half, and the fence around the property only goes half way around. The property is covered with dog feces, and the grounds are poorly maintained in general. One of the amenities that decided me on this property was the 2nd gym near my apartment. Less than a month after I moved in, management decided to turn this gym into office space. Naturally the residents had no say in the matter. DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY EQUITY PROPERTY, EVER. IF YOU LIVE IN ONE NOW, MOVE OUT AS SOON AS YOUR LEASE EXPIRES. THEY ALL SUCK. If you don't believe me, read reviews of equity apartments on this website. They all get the same low ratings and the same complaints about customer service, maintenance, and crime.

This review is ridiculous. I've lived at Cherry Creek for 3 years and have had no such experience. The leasing staff is personable, sincere, just overall very helpful. Although the property manager does seem to lack in customer service areas the rest of the staff always responds and follows up with maintenace issues expediently. As far as the gym being converted to an office area I must ask this question. How many gyms does one person need? I believe those offices were converted to a corporate headquearters which ironically is where all the issues and conserns of residents are resolved. I hate to see reviews from uneducated people who haven't taken proper time to see some of the amazing things equity residential does every year to improve their company. The fitness center was upgraded, a tanning bed was added, a new gate system was put it. landscaping seemed to beautify, and those were just things i noticed in 1 year.

I AGREE!! THEY SUCK!!I LIVED THERE 6 MONTHS!!! I MOVED IN WITH PATCHES ALL IN MY CARPET AND DECIDED TO GET PETS AND THEY DECIDED WHEN WE MOVED OUT THEY WOULD REPLACE THE CARPET WITHOUT TELLING US AND WE GOT THE BILL IN THE MAIL!! I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO LIVE THERE, EVER!!!! THEY SUCK!!!
