Not very secure and does not communicate with Residents

This is supposed to be a gated community but the gates have not worked for several months. They are looking for bids now but they had not notified the residents even though there is a monthly newsletter that goes out with ads and generic information. There have been several cars/apartments broken into by force and by a possible inside job since they seemed to have keys. The second pool was also closed around the middle of the summer and did not reopen before being shut down for the "season". This caused the only pool left to be extremely crowded and unpleasant to use.
If you want information from them, don't expect them to keep you informed unless you ask pointed questions because they will not volunteer information -- good, bad or indifferent. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
