I have lived in Cherry Creek for awhile. I dont like the rules here, but I guess they are better than most. The staff are wonderful here, so i dont see where the negative reviews for the staff are coming from. Your experience all depends on your neighbors, also. I had really nice neighbors in my last apartment, and I have horrible neighbors this time. I am moving again into a new apartment with a roommate, so I obviously like it enough to stay. I have never had a problem with maintenance before, in fact they have fixed things before I called. I have lived in many apartments in the nashville area, and these are the best around. Everything here is new, and it is kept cleaner than almost all other communities. I would suggest Cherry Creek to anyone, as long as you dont mind children EVERYWHERE, and having to be quiet almost all the time.
