I lived in an Equity Community in another city and ONLY chose to move here b/c my lease was not up and there weren't any termination fees to transfer to another Equity Property. However, after being here for less than 6 months, we are ready to GET OUT!! The rent is expensive and Hello! It's in Hermitage!!! Far away from anything useful... Maintenance is pleasant but most of the office staff is incompetent. They think that there property is the BEST and they don't have to do anything to "earn" your business. And can we talk about security?? If you are considering moving here b/c it's gated DON'T!!! There's a TN State Trooper (& courtesy officer) that lives in the apt. right next door but yet my car was "brutally" broken into... UGGGGG!!!!!

Thats b/c the state trooper was probably in his apt. screwing a woman he met while on the job! Thats how he meets his women. Soooo he doesn't have time to pay attention to anything else even though he gets FREE RENT!!
