I was not impressed with this community. The ammenities were nice, pools, when they were open, and excercise room were very nice. I was always surprised with my water bill being so high. I was only there 8 days a month and it was usually over $40. This is the first complex where I have had to pay the water bill. When I moved in the carpets were dirty. The previous owner had obviously had an animal that urinated all over the place. When I moved out they charged me over $100 to clean the carpets even though I was never there and they were dirty when I moved in. The office was not very helpful. Every time I went in I had to leave a note for them to call me when they returned. The light fixture outside my door cought fire one night and it took three calls before they sent someone out to check it out. I think this complex is overpriced and not well managed. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
