I lived at this community for a few years. Every year it became more difficult to get maintenance issues repaired, UPS packages picked up, and even even getting your water bill was difficutl.

Yes, that's right, I had to ASK for several months to have my address corrected in order to receive my water bill from this apartment complex. I would receive calls from the office to pay my water bill yet they had the incorrect address on my account. Why should I have to ASK for my bill!

Once you move to this community, you may have a great time with the other residents but you'll experience difficult times with the office staff, your rent will be increase, and if you attempt to move into a larger apartment... forget it!!!

You would think moving to another apartment within the same community would be easy... NOT!!!

The office staff only sees a dollar sign above your head. Once you hand over the cash then the customer service goes out the window!!

In short, expect large increases, poor customer service, and a high water bill (if you can get the bill sent to your correct address).

Dude...hand over cash and they lose it then its over! they blame you!!!!!
