these people are idiots! staff is overturning every 3 months. they are rude. ive had my own experience with them not taking care of maintenance issues and saying they did. one person says one thing and then say another thing. one says maintenance request is in the system and marked off and the other says it was never entered. cant trust these hoes. we had problems at move in and though no specials were going on when i moved in i now owe them for move out to cover the specials. community is nice. people are quiet but the management is ----! cant move out of here early because of their damn rules that are also always changing.

No joke! they lose your money and refuse to handle it as they are suppose to and now im out of pocket until my lawyer gets his phone call returned from them! these people are out of control and have no business running an equity community. ive never in my life had problems with equity...what the crap!!!!

I agree with most of the users who have given a bad review of the staff. I havent moved in yet but the body language they have exhibited during the lease signing process was not that great. Perhaps once I am in they will start showing their true colours. I dont know what nationality the reviewers who have given a -ve review of the staff are but I am not from here and I guess that matters. I will comeback at a later time to give a first hand account of my experiences
