I have lived at Cherry Creek for over a year. We have had all sorts of problems. Don't let them fool you by saying that these apartments are luxurious! Most of them are in great need of upgrades. In the year we have lived there, our rent has been raised 3 times! We are paying over $900 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment that is in desperate need of upgrades. When we questioned this, they said that we just have to ask for the upgrades. Yeah, and have this done while we are still living there' This should have been done before we moved in. The grounds are very nice. The office staff aren't very helpful though. Don't ever leave a message for the manager though and expect to be called back. They never call back.

If you signed a lease are legally able to raise your rent before the renewal date? Sounds a little fishy.

The rental rate cannot go up three times during one year if you signed a 1 year lease. Apparently, you have done 3 different short term leases over the course of 1 year and obviously a rental rate is going to increase at the end of each year. Be smart and sign a year lease!

I just rec'd my renewal notice. My 3bdrm apt will go up only $20/mo. if I sign another year lease. This seems reasonable. And the rate I pay now is fair. I shopped all over Nashville before I chose this apt. But the office staff really does have unpleasant attitudes.
