HUMMMM NEW OWNERS !!!!

This property is in GREAT GREAT NEED OF UPGRADES. They want to charge you for a HIGH END UNIT when teh units need a massive over hauling. The kitchen,bathrooms as well as the flooring is totaly old gutted and need of replacment.

A high end apartment expecially for the high rents does not look this way. FOr the rents that they charge it should be top drawer in each unit. The kitchen and baths need new appliances ie maning stanless granete counter tops and cabnitary that is not old styled pickled white finishing. Hummm cherry or ebony comes to mind.

The living rooms and dining rooms need to have hardwoods not carpets that get changed every 10 years.

Yet they want to call there selfs HIGH END !!!! no way in hell is this place high end.

The pools are nasty because they refuse to run the pumps all the time and that when they are on the are on the lowest possible speed.

the on site gym is a death trap waiting to happen. With equipment that IS NOT MAINTAINED OR KEPT UP !! Im sure that it is the original equipment. Ihave lived here for 4 plus years WHY I HAVE NO IDEAS!!! and there is equipment that has been broken in there the entire time that i have been here.

Always the same ecxuse we are working on it!!! whatever 4 years to get it repaires or replaced!!! GET REAL PEOPLE THE old owners equity residential was all about ripping people offtaking there hard earned money and giving them basic services.

There stae of the art residental business center lol again what ever a old non working dell computer that DOES NOT HAVE INTERNET ACCESS!!! a broken fax machine and not being able to use it 24/7 as its in the main office!!

the back club house has been closed for years so that it could be used as coperate offices space. Which moved out in march 2007 and still set there locked up for now reason . talk about a huge waist of property, space and capital!!!

the new people are suppose to be doing a major over haul but im sure its not for all teh units just the ones that are empty.

If NEW DAWN RESIDENTIAL LLC IN BRENTWOOD wnat me to stay after this lease they had better stup up to the plate and provide true hight end. as I will not pay any more rent for this gutted ran down property.

THERE FOR PEOPLE WAKE THE HELL UP !!!!!!
