MOLD, MILDEW, and SPIDERS, but nice landscaping when kept up!

We only lived in our apartment for 3 months til our home was being built, and it was a miserable 3 months! The staff is so RUDE! The pools are never cleaned, and my kids ended up with infections from the pools...lack of enough chlorine. Also a problem with tennants drinking alcohol all day and taking over the pool and children not being aloud to play! We had a terrible problem with Spiders, as we were spraying 3 times a week... and they were not small ones. We also had a problem with mold and mildew in our kitchen. The cabinets had it growing in some of them and the doors couldn't close all the way, and mildew was all over the ceiling. We also paid $75 a month for our water bill which is way more than we paid in a house watering our grass. They had no answers for it and didn't care. Others were not paying that price for water. They also charge to much for the apartments they are leasing! They are smaller than others in the area, more expensive, and in need of an update!!! If planning on going to Cherry Creek please do not rent in the older buildings as this is where we were.... The newer buildings are in better shape!
