Dear future Nashville Residents,
You will NOT find a better apartment community in Nashville than Cherry Creek! My husband and I moved here about 3 months ago and we have did some research on other apartments in the area. Don't waste your time looking around. These apartments might be on the expensive side but they are well worth it. If you have to budget to afford a nice community, I definately recommend Cherry Creek. We have NEVER had any problems with maintenance; they have always been quick to respond and fixed everything in a timely manner. Our apartment was spotless upon move in and all requests we made were addressed before move in. In addition, we have never had any problems with the office staff. Yes, they are always busy when we go in but that is because they are a few people looking after A LOT of apartments and A LOT of tenants. As far as the remarks in some of the posts referring to other nationalities in a deragatory manor: SHAME ON YOU!!! Nashville is a diverse city so it is expected that you will have diverse neighbors. We have not had ANY problems from ANY tenants no matter what their nationality may be!
The car wash area saves alot of money on going to a public car wash and the weight room is filled with $3000 weight and exercise machines. You pay alot here but you also get alot!

LOL they deal with a lot of tenents thats there jobs !!! right ??? if not tehy need to get out of that line of work..
the office is full of people to take care of the issues that arrive every day AGAIN ITS THERE JOB IF TEHY DONT LIKE IM SURE MC DONALDS OR WALLMART WILL TAKE THEM... BUT WAIT THEY DONT HORE -------S TO DEAL WITH THERE CUSTONERS!!!!
