I 1st viewed this complex on 12/12/08 the person who helped me I cannot remember her name but she was nice/helpful & we also emailed each other back & forth & she answered a lot of my questions. I really liked what I saw & plus this complex had come highly recommended from a past tenant. I then continued my apt search but kept Cherry Creek on my list & #3 I had 2 other complexes I was more interested in & only had 3 total on my list of possibles. on 1/3/09 my mother came from out of town to to look at the apts to help me choose which 1 I'd like we get to Cherry Creek which was our last 1 we had to see & about 330-340pm & their was a note on the door saying out on property be back soon, so I didn't think nothing of it so we waited @ the door then I realize their was a worker right there at 1 of the desks at the window we made eye contact several times but she never got up so after waiting for like 4-5 min I knocked on the door when a different co worker came to the door very rude stating what do you want we're doing our reports today. She was so rude & her tone of voice shocked me but I explained I had come a couple weeks before to look & liked & brought my mom to look she cut me off stating we're doing our reports, I again said well she came from out of town I then said it will only take maybe 5 min to look at the apt she then asked me if I made an apt I said no do I need an apt to view the apt b/c usually Saturdays don't require apts but even if I would have made an apt you would not have shown me the apt b/c your doing your reports. She then said very rudely your right we're closed & as so I told to take the note of the door b/c your in the office not out on the property b/c it's very misleading & also she just made my choice that much easier, she then said we don't view the apts after 4pm anyways I then told her it's only 330pm . The point wasn't that they were doing their reports but how you treat people can make the world of a difference like make me not want to move there. I could have came back the next day but after she was so rude I didn't want to. I did make a choice & think I have made the best disicion. The apt/complex is so nice @Q Cherry Creek I would recommend others b/c the person who told me about them really liked them.
