The management is extremely notorious in paying out references fees, they frequently change agreed policies, office staff changes frequenty and no consistancy in their procedures. God forbid something breaks / malfunctions in your apartment then maitenance is extremely difficult to come out in reasonable time to fix the issue. The insulation in windows is very poor and Heater unit does function well after temperatures drop below 40 degrees. We frequently had ice formed for weeks in our windows and used emergency heat and problem never got fixed. The gated entrance when breaks is not fixed for weeks almost month.
I would give credit only to the convinient apartment location near I-40, the floor plans are good and landscaping is decent.
But the management is really bad, so would advice to stay away.

I agree with all that the was said and then some. I have lived here since Dec. and have yet to have the furnace filters replaced. I bought them on my own and replaced them. had a refrigerator problem that went on and on and on and no responses from manager, even tho I had sent it in in writing. Finally had to go to the office and behave like an idiot to get something done. It was embarrasing. Maintenance is poor. Staff is indifferent. Only on the last visit did I even meet the real manager. They have a great system of passing the buck. Would not recommend this complex.
